The Columbia County Friends of the Fairgrounds held a two day yard sale last week at the Fairgrounds Pavilion, to raise funds for updates and improvements to the fairgrounds. Furniture and other large items were a hit with customers, according to Tami Miller, Chelsea Mann, and Lee Ann Literal, who cashed them out last Saturday. Donations are also being accepted through the Community Network and the contact person for that is Patti Jo Amerein. Amerein can be reached at (509) 540-9159.
