Pride of Waitsburg

The Preston Hall Middle School 7-8th grade band was the pride of Waitsburg on March 15. The band traveled to Garfield-Palouse High School in Palouse, for the Middle School Band Festival, and came away with a Superior rating. This photo was taken shortly after their performance. The band played two songs for the judges and a large audience of other music students: Tunbridge Overture by Mark Williams and The Curse of Tutankhamun by Michael Story. The Preston Hall Band will play these songs, and more, at their Spring Concert on May 14.
