Oreo Truffles

INGREDIENTS:

1 8 oz cream cheese softened

1 honey graham crackers

16 oz white chocolate (big brick)

1 package Oreo mint cookies

DIRECTIONS:

Add Oreos and graham crackers to your food processor and blend until no large crumbles remain. Add softened cream cheese and continue blending until the mixture is well mixed.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Roll mixture into one-inch balls and place on the parchment paper. Place in the freezer for one hour or overnight.

Melt chocolate in the microwave per package direction (white or chocolate can be used) or about 30-40 seconds. Remove, stir and continue melting in 15 second intervals, stirring in between until melted and ready for dipping.

Dip your Oreo balls into melted chocolate, using two forks, and place on parchment paper. Immediately top with a topping of choice (sprinkles, crushed candy canes, coarse sea salt, etc) before chocolate hardens.
