Coppei in Flood

Waitsburg photographer Bill Rodgers took this photo at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning as Coppei Creek explored a small side channel across a field south of the Fairgrounds.

The National Weather Service issued a flood warning for southeastern Walla Walla County and southeastern Columbia County on Monday evening cautioning that creeks, rivers and streams are likley to flood from rain and runoff.
