Friends of Fairgrounds receives $10,000 Impact Grant

DAYTON— The Friends of the Columbia County Fairgrounds was selected to receive a $10,000 Impact Grant through the Sherwood Trust. The Friends was one of 11 recipients selected from a field of 23 applicants.

The Impact Grant program was initiated in 2018 to support projects that may be smaller in scale or budget but that will make a big difference in the community. The grants seek to support projects or ideas that contribute to creating a cohesive, vibrant community....
