Serving Waitsburg, Dayton and the Touchet Valley
It is with great sadness that we report the passage of Ed Harri, a most exceptional man who, with his wife Pat, has co-owned Wenaha Gallery for 26 years.
Ed loved people, life, and art. A quiet man, he was an excellent listener, and when he spoke, it was after much thought and deliberation. When he gave advice, it was worth following.
Ed also had a dry, witty sense of humor. Often, because he could put on a very serious face, one needed a moment to realize that there had just been a joke. And then he would break out into that distinctive, warm smile.
Pat and her family are hosting a drop-in, informal memorial reception at the gallery Saturday, March 7, from 2 to 6 p.m. Please join us as we gather together to honor the life of a most memorable man.
