Common Roots Outreach event Dec. 7 at Town Hall

WAITSBURG—Common Roots Housing Trust will have its second low-income community outreach event on Wednesday, December 7th, at 5:45 pm at Waitsburg Town Hall.

Information will be provided on Common Roots, a community-based organization that will create permanently affordable homeownership opportunities for families earning between $28.000 and $65,000 per year. It will be a family-friendly event with free food, childcare, and live English-Spanish translation. Find out about Common Roots’ plans to develop homes and how it could help your family purchase a home.

A Banner Bank representative will share information about down payment and mortgage assistance programs.
