Untold Stories by Whitman Mission historic site and Manhattan Project historic project.

WALLA WALLA—Whitman Mission National Historic Site (NHS) and Manhattan Project National Historical Park (NHP) will host a special event at Whitman Mission NHS from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 17. Rangers from both parks will celebrate people and stories often excluded from regional history.

The rangers will offer fifteen-minute talks at the Whitman Mission visitor center every half an hour. Topics will alternate between Whitman Mission NHS and Manhattan Project NHP. Activities also include a family-friendly, untold stories-themed scavenger hunt.
