Gospel Music at Walla Walla Presbyterian Church June 25

WALLA WALLA—Northwest Community Gospel Chorus (NWCGC) members will attend worship at the Walla Walla Presbyterian Church as special musical guests at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, June 25.

The members of this renowned chorus will lead in congregational singing and offer several musical pieces. Eldon T Jones and his band will accompany them as they lead biblically rooted, faith-filled music in the rich tradition of the Black Church. The church invites the community to come and join in a multicultural celebration of common faith, hope, and joy.

The NWCGC’s Director, G. Louis Hemenway, and the church’s Director of Music will lead the choir and congregation in worship through music. The music will include CeCe Winans’ “Goodness of God” and “All Praise” from the Salt Lake City Mass Choir. The choir members come from throughout the Northwest and bring a passion for the style of music. The Walla Walla Presbyterian church is a great venue to showcase these voices and the message they convey.
