Phase 2 Electric Win 5-3

WAITSBURG - Two Waitsburg minor league teams played on Tuesday, April 23. The Phase 2 Electric team scored 5–3 against Grende Occupational Therapy. The minor league division in Little League is ages 5-11.

Jaylynn Gleason was the starting pitcher for Phase 2, with Bridger Abel pitching in relief. Wyatt Parrish was the catcher. Phase 2 is coached by Lloyd Knudson and, Stefanie and Rob Parrish.

Timothy Hollingsworth started on the mound for Grende Occ. with Ryden Huxoll as catcher.  Becca Brown, Chase Harvey, and Ryan Stevenson coach the team.

Phase 2 scored three runs in the bottom of the first inning. Isaac Knudson walked, Gleason and Parrish each singled, and all three scored runs.

Caed Gagnon, Cash Grende, Hollingsworth, Micah Richards, and Deaken Stevenson each had one hit for Grende Occ.
