Marilyn Jean Archer Wilson

Marilyn Jean Wilson, 84, of 1126 Home Avenue, died September 10, 2024 at home.

At Marilyn's request, there will only be a Graveside Service at Mountain View Cemetery at noon on September 27, 2024.

Marilyn was born December 13, 1939, in Walla Walla, Washington, to Hesper and Soleil Archer. Marilyn was raised and went to school in Waitsburg, Washington. She attended college at WSU and became a speech pathologist. She worked in the public school systems in Tillamook and The Dalles, Oregon.

After Marilyn and Ed retired, they spent their time traveling and golfing together. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and was very involved with Eastern Star. Marilyn always put family and friends first and never let whatever life threw at her get her down or hold her back.

She is survived by her son Daniel Roy Wilson Sr., grandchildren Eric Estes, Danny Wilson Jr., Jazmine Wilson, Jordon Wilson, Tabitha Wilson, Brenda Wilson, and thirteen great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, son Richard H. Wilson, daughter Alane Wilson, and spouse Edward Wilson.
