Online services down Feb. 10-17
WALLA WALLA — The Washington State Department of Licensing is upgrading its software systems in mid-February. While updates are underway, many services will be unavailable. The temporary shutdown will include closing the Walla Walla County vehicle and driver licensing offices from February 14 through 17.
Online vehicle/boat and driver licensing services will be unavailable from February 10 through February 17. Anyone with driver or vehicle/boat transactions is encouraged to complete them now by going to http://www.dol.wa.gov before February 9. After February 9, you will not be able to order car tabs or renew your driver’s license online until February 18
The system upgrades will enhance customer service, add security features, and better support mobile devices. Residents, agency business partners, and the state’s transportation system will benefit.
